Rishad Tobaccowala sits down with Yahoo! to discuss the future

VivaKi Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer Rishad Tobaccowala was recently invited to take part in Yahoo’s “Futurist” video series.

In the video, Rishad outlines VivaKi’s focus on Paid, Owned and Earned media and discusses not only his definition for each, but also what they mean for business and marketing. His goal for the network is to deliver ideas simply and efficiently across paid, owned and earned for clients. He also discussed the rising importance of the “People’s Network” and the fact that neither small agencies nor large networks can be everything to every client – instead we need collaboration and efficiency.

Finally, he was asked to share five pieces of advice for marketers:

1. Recognize that people have god-like power
2. Reduce the fear
3. Create a bias for action
4. Technology matters
5. Question yourself
